leading to this cemetery has the following information:
Established 1885
The
Woodard/Dial Cemetery is located in the West Point Quadrangle. To reach the
cemetery, turn east off the Natchez Trace Parkway onto Glen Rock Road aka
Factory Creek Road. Turn off the parkway just south of the Lower Glenrock rest
area. Travel 1 mile and turn right. Following Factory Creek Road, travel 2
miles and turn right onto a narrow road up a hill. Travel .2 miles and the
cemetery is on the right beside the road. This cemetery has previously been
known as the Dial Cemetery. However, the sign implies that it is the
Woodard/Dial Cemetery. There are three graves here marked only with
fieldstones.
