To reach the Milford Cemetery, travel west from Florence, AL on state highway 20 for 2.1 miles. Turn left onto Co. Rd. 14 (Waterloo Rd.) and travel for 12.7 miles and turn right onto Co. Rd. 87. Travel Co. Rd. 87 for 3 miles, turning left onto Co. Rd. 129. Travel up the hill on 129 for .8 mile. Turn left onto a dirt road and travel .2 mile to the cemetery at the end of the road. There is a sign on Co. Rd. 129 identifying the cemetery.

The cemetery has a circle drive around it. The oldest graves are inside the chain link enclosure and there are several graves outside the circle drive. The cemetery has a nice sign displaying the name and the grounds are very well kept.
